Delete inside the app
- Open PDF Creator and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account & backup, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your PDF Creator sign-in account and all cloud-backed documents and metadata associated with it.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google account used to sign in and state that you want your PDF Creator account deleted. We may reply to verify ownership before processing the request.

You can remove a backed-up PDF without deleting your account from Settings → Backup settings. The local copy stays on your device.
What is deleted or retained
- Deleted: your Firebase Authentication account, cloud-backed PDFs, and associated cloud document metadata.
- Not deleted from your device: PDFs stored locally. You control these files and can remove them in the app or by uninstalling the app.
- Deletion is normally completed immediately in the app. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days after ownership is verified.
- Temporary service-provider backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days before being overwritten. Records required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance may be retained only for the period required by law.
